Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products purchased through our website.

However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement. To be eligible for an exchange due to a manufacturing defect or damage, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

To request an exchange, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage
• A complete parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
• Details of the issue

Important: A continuous parcel opening video is mandatory for any exchange claim. Claims submitted without a parcel opening video will not be considered. The video must clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and the product inside upon opening.

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Please note:

• We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered defects.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, washing, alteration, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
• The company reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported defect before approving an exchange.
• Exchange approval is solely at the discretion of the company after reviewing the submitted evidence.
